    Instructions for Use

To ensure optimal performance, it is crucial to follow these guidelines when using our aluminum alloy additives:

    • Remove any scum from the molten pool surface.
    • Add the additive uniformly into the molten pool at a normal operating temperature of 730-760°C.
    • Allow it to stand for 10-20 minutes.
    • Stir the molten pool for 7-15 minutes after the standing period.
    • Scrape off the scum and perform a chemical composition analysis.

Instructions for Use of Iron Additives

    • Model: XL-TJ
    • Purpose: Adjust the iron content in pure aluminum; serve as the alloying element-iron in aluminum alloy.
    • Weight: Each piece weighs 500±5 grams
    • Composition: 75% iron content
    • Amount: For a 10,000 kg aluminum liquid where iron content needs adjustment from 0.2% to 0.5%, use approximately 47.6kg~48kg (or up to 96 pieces) of iron agent.
    • Usage: After melting the charge, stir vigorously and sample for analysis. Calculate the iron agent amount for desired results. Ensure temperature is 730-760°C, remove surface slag, and evenly add the iron agent. Stand for 20-30 minutes, stir vigorously for 5 minutes, and then stand for an additional 5-10 minutes before sampling again. Proceed to the next stage once composition is validated.

    Product Benefits

Our aluminum alloy additives guarantee stable and reliable performance:

    • Safe to use and non-toxic.
    • Generates minimal flames and trace smoke upon adding to the molten pool.
    • Proper control over temperature, standing time, and stirring enhances recovery rates.
    • Store away from moisture to prevent oxidation and powdering.
    • Has a shelf life of ten months from production date.

    Enhanced Aluminum Alloy Smelting Process

Replacing traditional master alloys, our aluminum alloy element additives simplify the smelting process, offering:

    • Energy and material savings.
    • Reduced production costs and improved alloy composition control.
    • Higher product quality with high metal content.
    • Compact size, easy storage, and convenient transportation.
